• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through approved payment methods. 
• Pricing is displayed on our website and may change without prior notice. 
• Delivery fees apply based on location.
   

• Delivery schedules depend on demand, weather, and availability. 
• Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed delivery location or providing clear instructions for delivery. 
• We are not responsible for product quality issues if orders are not received promptly at delivery location.  
   

• We take reasonable measures to deliver fresh, healthy live bait. 
• Once delivered, care and storage are the customer’s responsibility. 
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for bait mishandled after delivery.
   

• All pre-orders are final. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. 
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for bait or merchandise once purchased, except where required by law. 
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct product, size, and quantity when ordering.
   

• Fishing involves inherent risks. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses related to the use of our products. 
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
   

• All website content, logos, branding, and designs are the property of Lowcountry Mobile Live Bait Co., LLC.  
• You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
